Me: "WT, that's not a nice thing to say. Where did you learn that?"

WT: (pause... then) "Daddy, what does 'lame' mean?"

Me: "Um ... well, I guess it means 'not very good.'"

WT: "Oh. So you mean broccoli is lame to me?"
